Starting Out

Well here I am finally taking the plunge into blogworld!  Not to sure of anything right yet so please allow me some slack while I learn.
Does anyone know about Google's "Ad Sense" program & would you recommend it?  Tried reading through it but there's just too much "jargon" for me!

I will be listing several items on eBay & Etsy in the next couple of weeks as soon as I get my camera fixed! Ugh!
